The Waiting Chair is part of a debut body of work that incorporates knit textures with minimalist jarrah timber forms. The piece is detailed by an angular boxed lower form that protrudes from the ground, a soft seat moulding, and a slanted back rest which holds the knitted inlay - an ode to classical furniture features. Available with and without knit.

Each piece is unique. Natural variations may occur due to materiality, with jarrah ranging from light red to dark brownish red hues. No knitted piece is the same.
care ~ Timber can be wiped with a damp cloth and natural spray to remove dust from daily use. Every 3-5 years or when appearing dry, it is recommended to refresh timber with one coat of hardwax oil. Refrain from harsh chemcial sprays and take care to prevent scratches by avoiding brushing timber with any abrasive materials. Although the finish is water resistant, avoid sustained contact with liquids.
Knit can be lightly wiped, dusted or vacuumed to remove dust from daily use. Avoid snagging fabric with pointed or abrasive materials. Spot clean any marks with a damp cloth by gently dabbing.
