vintage jacobean revival oak sideboard
a very special vintage Jacobean Revival oak sideboard, circa 1920-1940, featuring incredible geometric carved detailing to the front doors and drawers and beautiful turned barley-twist supports.
crafted in oak with a warm, rich timber tone, this piece is even more stunning in person.
also featuring two cupboards with internal shelves and central drawers for all of your storage needs.
dimensions ~ 1700mmL x 550mmD x 1000mmH
in great vintage condition, particularly given the age of this piece @ circa 1920-1940.
the timber to the front, sides and legs / supports are in beautiful condition. there are some marks to the top consistent with use and age, however we have chosen to retain them as patina of a history of the life of this piece and have freshly oiled the top ready for it’s next home.
the drawers are not on runners and do stick a little, as is quite normal with furniture of this age. the original keys are unfortunately no longer with the piece.
condition has been considered in the price, however , this is a particularly lovely example of Jacobean Revival furniture and presents beautifully overall.
location ~ collection in Greensborough VIC or shipping. Australia wide available
