a beautiful pair of mid century modern Burgess bedside tables. crafted in solid myrtle wood, with striking handles and capped metal legs. just beautiful and in such wonderful condition given their age and history!
made in Melbourne, Australia by Burgess, circa 1960’s.
dimensions ~ 500mmW x 370mmD x 630mmH
structurally very solid and well made pieces. there are some marks to the timber consistent with age and use, including a small chip to the top of one of the drawer.s as pictured. both tables have been freshly oiled and present beautifully overall.
