in good vintage condition, structurally very solid, there are some marks and chips to the timber frame that can be seen in the images. this forms a lovely patina to this vintage piece. fabric is good vintage condition, some small pulls in the ottoman, however as these are part of the textured upholstery. this has been accounted for on the pricing. presents very beautifully.
